The break room smelled stale enough that people had stopped eating in there, so I brought in the janitorial services I hired for a trial run. Over two evenings, they got the restrooms and shared kitchen back to a point where I wasn't embarrassed to have clients walk past them. Before leaving each night, they sent a short text with photos of the finished areas, which made it easy for me to check everything without driving back over. The small thing I noticed Monday morning was the old coffee ring by the microwave was gone, and the staff actually used the room again.
